National Representation

The US Senate and House of Representatives make up the United States Congress. Iosco County is in District 1 for the House of Representatives. Senators do not run in a district, they run in (and for) the entire state.

United States Senators
Every state elects two U.S. Senators that make up the 100 members in the Senate. These senators are elected to serve six-year terms and are a part of the Legislative branch of government. Currently, both of the Senators are Democrats.
